ASSET MANAGEMENT PORTAL
Our asset management portal can be used to access asset certificates, history and information. For the asset management portal, you will need a username and login unique to your company which can be sourced from head office via 1300 662 119 or [email protected] help with navigation, please contact head office and we will be more than happy to assist.
CALIBRATION CERTIFICATES
For calibration certificates, you will need to fill in at least two of the three search criteria. The certificate number can be found on the sticker that was applied to your instrument by our Tech. The serial number can also be found on the sticker, or on the instrument itself.
TEST REPORTS
For test reports, you will need to search by both job number and client name. The job number would have been supplied to you at the completion of the job by our Tech on your Invoice. This is not your order number, rather a job number generated by us.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Unfortunately, due to a change in operating system, test reports issued prior to January 2013 are no longer searchable online. To obtain a copy of a report from prior to this date please contact our office and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist.
